Section Heads - how do I load and use new ones????

Ok, I had a family that I used as section heads. Now I load it and it doesnt appear in my list of possible heads. Infact I cant get ANY to appear. What is going on? Am I missing something or is there a bug?

OK got it... Its changed since I did it last. Its under settings and view tags...

Now I know how to do it I like it!! but the documentation in this area seems a bity poor from what I can find. I am told how to create the section head family - then not told how to actually select and adjust it in my model?
