Rotate in degress, minutes, seconds

How does one rotate in degrees, minutes and seconds?

I have tried 1d01'01" (like in AutoCAD) and 1 01 01 (like in the Property Lines dialogue), but neither work.

Chad, I got stuck on this one as well....as far as I know the only way this can be done is convert the angle to the decimal system. I may be wrong and would love someone to correct me.

You are correct Funkman,

The only way at present is decimal degrees.

Here's a work around. Add in a property line with degrees/min./seconds and align the object to the property line.
