I've searched and searched but could not find a thread relating to this issue. When you have a project with a couple of scope boxes and all of your levels are associated with one or the other, you may run into an error that does not allow you to edit the vertical structure of some wall types. To edit the vertical structure of a wall type you must open the "<<Preview" window on the wall type dialogue. When I click it I get the following error.
Error dialogue: "The Highlighted Datum can not be associated with the specified Scope Box because the Datum plane does not intersect the Scope Box" option to "Disassociate" or "cancel"
It seems like the preview of the wall section is a "virtual" Revit model using a level in the project as it's base datum. With this assumption I created a fake level under all of my project levels. Once I did this the "<<Preview" pane worked fine.
Anyone else see this?
