Track Drawing completion

Is there a way to track the percentage of completion off a Phase or Sheet.
Example 50% CD, 90% CD

The way we do this in our office:
We have created a label on our office title block called project status.
So when we fill in the project settings for any given project we can specify 50% CD etc.
Of course this is carried over on every sheet within the project so it
is per project not per sheet.
