I would like to be able to dock palettes to the top or bottom of the screen. Then if you have them auto-hide and hover over the palettes bar, the palette would drop down like a menu. As it is now you have to have them on the sides of the screen. I'm running out of space with all the palettes I would like to have up. What do you think?

That's a great idea! Was just working on our tool palettes and hated the fact that it covered half of my screen real estate.

This gets my vote. The pallettes take up too much space.

Yep I'd go for that.

Sounds like a great idea. The more flexibility, the better

Awesome Idea. I currently auto hide mine, but find they still often open up when I don't want them to.

Great idea to make them work like Rollups especially as MouseImp won't work with 2005.

I find the horizontally opening palettes a real pain.
Could we have an option to place the title strip at the top or bottom of the screen and have then open vertically as pioneered by Adobe and used so sucessfully in MouseImp.
