Plan Region

On my model there is a room above the garage which is lower then the rest of the upper floor. I've drawn my plan region and changed the cut plane to be lower to suit.
for some reason it is showing the roof when it should not be. Can someone suggest a solution or there a problem there plan region.

What levels are your plan regions set too? Make sure that the Cut and Top range aren't set to the roofs level but to the level you want. Then make sure that the cut level is 1200. Have a look at the pic attached to see what I mean.

My Primary Top is at Top of main floor window (offset 8' 0" )
My Primary Cut is at top of main floor window ( offset 5' 4 1/2")
My Primary bottom is at top of main floor window (offset 4 1/2")

Could you possibly post a screen shot of your levels. Explaining the level that you want to show anmd in which level your attempting this in.
