Hi all,

I am posting this thread, even though I probably already know the answer.

I recently completed a complex 5500 sq. ft. residence, including all engineering documents/annotations, etc., in Revit. Much to my dismay, once this thing went to submittal, it came to light the property owners wanted the home mirrored.
They changed their minds on siting.
No choice or option, just flip it.

I would like to know if anyone has successfuly accomplished this task in Revit (hacks included). I have read the posts after doing a search...
but some time has gone by, soooooo

Thanks to all,

Billy G.

The posts you searched out still apply (... read: there is no new tool for this yet )

Yes, it can be done. But how easy it will be depends on the constraints set up in your model. It may be easier to copy and paste annotations between old and new files also.

I also thought it if I found myself in a quandry, I could export each sheet to autocad and flip the "drawing". But that makes me feel so... dirty...

Thanks beegee

I know what you mean, and that would be a lst resort. But hey, whatever works for you .... works. Right.
