Can you modify Color Scheme

I am trying to create a new color scheme by instance parameter. I cannot find a way to add one to the Edit Color Scheme (are these predefined by Revit?) and cannot add one to any Room Tag.

Any ideas?

If you make a new project parameter, when you make it you need to check the categories you want it part of, so you would pick rooms and areas. Then it will be available for those categories and you will be able to make a new color scheme based on that parameter. I do it all the time for parcel plans, sometimes I make one just called color if I just want to beable to control graphics not based on anything.
