View Rotation on Sheet

I need to rotate a view on a sheet 45º. The defaults are none, 90º clockwise, or 90º counterclockwise. I tried entering a value other than 90º and was unable. I also tried rotating the titleblock, but then was unable to rotate the print view which defaulted to a horizontal format and not the rotated titleblock angle. Any ideas or suggestions on ways around this? Any help is much appreciated!

Activate the view on the sheet, select the crop region and then select rotate.
