Analysis lines showing up in elelevations

I am getting analysis lines from a linked Revit Structures 3 file cutting through my interior elevations. I have turned them off in Revit structure file, used custom object settings etc.

Any thoughts?

Can you turn them off in your file? If you go into the visibility graphics make sure that you have "Show categories from all disciplines" checked. See if you can turn them off in there.
