Transfer Structural Settings

If you start a structural project and you accidentally do not select the structural-default.rte, is there a way to transfer the Structural Settings? I've tried Transfer Project Standards and it does nothing. The interesting part of the Structural Settings is that you can not turn on and change the values of the "grayed out" sections, unless I'm overlooking something??
