press & drag

I always turn off 'Press & Drag' as my very first action whenever opening Revit. I don't use it, and when I forget to turn it off, I inevitably will move something I didn't want to and get errors.

My question is: Is there a way to set 'Press & Drag' to be unchecked when the program opens?
