If use Slab instead of Roof modeling tool, is it possible to form this kind
of slab structure ?
Using Slab because roof can only produce non-structural roof slab which
can't be sent for analysis

I tried it in building (structure may have the ability), but got the error that there is more than one slope defined, so, you would have to do each plate separately.

yes, it should definitely be possible. They're just ramps instead of roofs.

just want to clarify this.
I can easily get this kind of roof structure by RB roofing tool which allows defining
different slope angles on all sides of sketch lines.
But if I want to do that using RS "SLAB" tool, as it only allows single fall direction,
so I have to build four sloped slab in this case ! while in RB , one step is ok.
Much worse is you can't join the 4 sloped roof slab together to make
all edges coped correctly. Therefore unavoidably you need to use voids
to cut all edges to make them look fine.
(please note that all slabs are now extruding to the inside perpendicular to the
sloping workplane, so top and bottom edges are not cutting parallel to floor plane
and you can use blend as the top is only a point) .
Really no quicker workarounds for that ?

Why would you want to use the slab tool for a roof object? Doesn't make much sense.

Well, I use it because it makes steel decks profiles visible in section views.

Good point...

Tom,
I insist to use slab tool to do roof structure because using Roof Tool would
only produce non-structural elements.
Go to plan/ 3d View, apply Structural analytical stick view template,
I'm sure you won't be able to see any roof structures forming by Roof tool
and there's no way as I know can change them to bearing/structural elements.
That's my point.
