phasing and replacing doors

We are doing a small project where we need to take out some doors and windows and add new ones (in different places than the old ones). The problem is that whenever the new doors and windows overlap one of the infill pieces from the old object, they do not cut out the wall.. Anyone have a solution to this? :confused:

I have had similar problems. But, I found that if you can place the door (or window) anywhere in the wall, you can move it to its correct location.

well, I tried that and it didn't work. However, I tried making a new file and set up a similar situation and it worked fine...

Will need some more research, but we just "rebuilt" the wall for now...
