I need to copy ALL display reps from one drawing to a bunch of drawings (replacing the existing ones)
Can I do this without going into each file and doing it manually?

You would need to use display manager. Depending on what version of software you are using will determine the steps needed. Let us know what version you are on.

If you are using Project Navigator, the feature called Project Standards might do the trick.

Project Standards will 'synchronize' the display settings throughout all your project drawings. It will not, however "PUSH" new display settings out to your project drawings.

If ALL your DWGs have the same display settings, Project Standards will 'sync' them AGAINST one specific DWG you designate to be the STANDARD.

I'm not using Navigator (working over WAN)
All files are in ABS 2006

ABS 2006 has everythng ADT 2006, plus the MEP package. Have you tested your WAN speed with Project Navigator?

You may be able to script it, but I doubt it. I've never tried it. You may be able to set up a button to run a macro so all you need to do is open each drawing, hit the button and wamo. Just a thought.
