Pipes disappearing in profile

My file has some pipes (about 6 networks) in 9 profile views. My software crashed, so I opened the autosave file and saved as the original file. I thought I would close down, and re-open to make sure everything is okay. When I re-opened the file, the pipes were no longer shown in the profile view. I re-opened the autosave file, and they are showing there.

I know I can go back and re-add pipes to the profile view, but is there a quicker solution?
