This same thing happened with revit 8 and when i was testing revit systems before release so it appears to be a program wide problem...It has not happened since version 8 but again is present.
There is nothing in the view to the extents that revit drawings the viewpoint box but its drawing a view box outside the crop region, this makes views very hard to work with on sheets and if i remember right from last time it gets worse after the first view screws up.
I imagine there is something hidden in the view that revit is picking up and extending the viewpoints out this far, but its neither visible nor when i flip to a section of this view there is not even a building component to the extent of the view........
will send to support if i no one has an idea how this happens.
