Creating Cul de sac corridor

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find directions on creating cul de sacs in my corridor model, that use the center of the sac as the end point of the alignment?

I've tried that several times but I can't get the file to play and it doesn't have the option to download it first like in most of the recorded C3D web cast.
