length area volume

Pick a wall, go to properties - you get length, area, volume of the wall - pick 2 walls you get nothing..... Surely Revit can cope with adding a few numbers up, would save me doing it with my calulator... :lol: (also where is the length to if it is at corner? location line? centre line? wall face?)

I would also like to see data for void/opening volumes and areas when picking a wall.

A good one Martin P - I would like that data on a floating Properties box - like ADt and Autcad wherein if you touch an object the properties (including the physical data) are displaed and can be altered.
