two types of area plans on one schedule??

hi,

i have gross SF and mehanical deduction area plans, and wanted to create a master schedule that calculated values from the two into a 'calculated value' column... I can do them separately no problem, but i don't see a way to join the two into the same schedule.

is this possible??
