View rotation question

I used the view rotation command (for the first time). Command worked fine, but the view title gets rotated as well. How do you keep the title upright and just rotate the view. The "rotate" command is grayed out.

Rotate the crop region of your view instead.

Or, If you are trying to import a 3D drawing into your sheet, place a camera on your floor plan and drag-and-drop that view to your sheet.
