Set Plotter Support Search Path

I know there is a way at the command line to set registry variables. I remember seeing something that with a single type in i could change where autocad looked for it's plotter. Basically changing the plotter support search path. I basically want to add a line to my acad.lsp to change that path when users start up their cad.
