rotating site plan

i'd like to know if you can rotate the view of a site plan in the sheet only. meaning, the topo model wouldn't actually be rotated. or how can you rotate everything all together? is this possible?

Click on the view's crop region and rotate that. This will not change the true direction of North.

or a slightly more complex way, and may or may not suit your situation, is to set up a Project North, as well as the True North (usually the grid orientation or a dominant boundary etc). Involves rotating all objects etc, but then you can accurately flip back and fwd in the View Properties dialogue between the two (under Graphics, Orientation). May help later on. Cheers.
