Custom Wall End

Could any one know how to make wall ends with angles or any kinds of irregular forms say circular? Making custom wall ends bugs me a lot, any trick is appreciated.

The "edit cut profile" tool will give you the desired effect, but only for a plan view.

The work around I use is a Vertical wall sweep.
