Copy/Monitor

I have an ongoing problem with copy/monitoring horizontally arched concrete walls from my linked architectural Revit model in to Revit Structural 3. most of the time they copy ok, but occasionally when I hit finish, up comes "Error - cannot be ignored. The application will be terminated. You will be given the opportunity to save recovery files.

Any very short lines in the wall by any chance....?
Are you mapping to the same wall type as the original or to your own wall type?
