Lines not showing up

I usually draft up an existing plan layout just using lines set at footing level
For some reason none of these lines are showing up on Level 1 above
Never had problems with this before & Always seemed ok
I've done all the normal checks I can think of Visibility Underlay View Range but no luck

Any clues ??

I've used drafting lines instead of model lines and had that error before
