Elevation Tags in Detail Callouts

We want to include our Interior Elevation tags in our callouts. They are not showing up. Just the opposite of problems when the show up on other floors. However one thing is funny. Even when in the callout the option to place a new elevation in disabled.
I would like to include these in my callouts. What am I missing.

I have looked at "hides in scales coarser than" (or whatever the option reads) but that is not available like it is with section callouts. Or at least I am not seeing it.

I have checked Visibility, not there either.

I wish I had a third option to discuss but do not.

This is a limitation I've found too. I'm not sure why its this way, so I end up not using the callout detail plans. I just use real floor plan callouts.

Detail callouts cannot have elevation symbols or room tags. Just the way they made them. If you need those items - use a plan callout.
