The attached Dynamic Block shows a very strange preview

The attached dynamic block shows a very strange preview. It's zoomed way out, I can't seem to figure it out. I've checked 0,0 & if there are any floating objects. can someone help?

I probably should have stated the question better. The tool pallet preview is the one I'm talking about. It shows an image that is zoomed way out. I try to refresh or recreate the image but it does not change. any ideas?
