anybody know what the purpose, or how it is supposed to be used? i'm in v2006, and no help topic is available. i found it by first typing in 'tspace' and then 'TAB'ing thru the options...

Hi Chris,

TSPACEINVADERS is a lisp routine in TSCALE.LSP included with Express Tools. I think (by reading the comments in the lsp) that it is kind of a text interference checker of sorts. I don't have a clue as to how to use it, though, as I haven't used it. I'll have to look at it later.

I get "unknown command" for tspace but not for tspaceinvaders. Strange.
Tspaceinvaders only seems to accept mspace objects.

Hmm, kind of cool actually. It creates a selection set of text, etc. that has other text overlapping (see image). Now to figure out a practical application for it. ;)

Hmm. And now it will acept pspace objects.
A pity it includes both the overlapping objects; wouldn't picking just one of them be more useful?

It does have the option to step through them and choose whether to add each individual text entity or not.

must have been a reason some person wrote a routine to grab only touching text...

When I saw the thread title that's what I was hoping for too. Dang ;)two things for me... #1, I was secretly hoping for this too... #2, I was wondering how similar threads would report, and whether I'd have to change the thread title to make it useful.

#1, I'm slightly disappointed #2, alright, nevermind then. ;)
