C# Publish to DWF

Hope this is the right group...
I have Acad 2007 and VS2003.
I am writing an application in C# that will publish all drawings to DWF on a
scheduled task.
Or at least that is my intention. I can plot a drawing but for some
reason I don't have the option to publish.
B4 I waste to much time on it can someone tell me is this possible?
