I am wondering why the file box in th print command is greyed out and permanently checked "create separate files". We have serious problems with only 4 users printing to the same printer then playing the shuffle game of yours, mine yours. We spend a lot of time sorting and the only way not to right now is to schedule personal time to print and make sure no one else is printing at the same time. The pages are qued individually and other departments spreadsheets, word files, ect... jump in the middle all the time. Anyone have the "know how" to check the "combine multiple sheets into single file. Also is there any way to print a file without opening the drawing??

the "print to single file" works for DWFS and PDFs. You could make an electronic print to one of these formats, and then print that "single" file to the printer, which will spit out multiple sheets.

When we print pdf's, we choose pdf as our printer then use adobe to sort documents, it takes a while, why is that option greyed out in the print command? Is there no way to simply print like normal and not have to sort in other formats??

There's a little known trick you could apply also. Choose the DWF writer and select the multi-page option, then switch back to the PDF writer and the multi-page option sticks! Then you get your single PDF file.
