I am creating a curtain system from a mass, and wondering why it always justifies to the outside of the mass? I have a building on the property line and cannot go past it.
I have successfully created correctly justified walls from the faces--simply specifying their justification prior to their creation. I know the curtain system is not a wall, but it has to have some similar kind of functionality, right? I guess I could always use the curtain wall wall type, or just move the mass face in enough that the system does not go past the property line...

It looks as though, in the standard metric curtain system, the glass panels have a built-in Offset parameter, that moves them 37mm outwards. The standard 150mm mullions have their depth centred on the line of the curtain system, so they will hang outside the mass by 75mm. You'll probably find the same kind of thing in the inch-scaled datasets.

The line of the curtain system always coincides with the face of the mass. So if you define panels and mullions that have 'inward' offsets, you should be able to get them to lie entirely within the mass.

Thanks! I am going to go ahead and just take a slice off of the mass to accomodate the curtain system/property line relationship.
