can my keyplan callout call my floor plan?

1. im doing a 1/16" keyplan showing a larger area. i used the view>callout to call for specific areas to avail of the tool feature bubble,tag,link to a plan. can i modify which plan this callout bubble is calling for? meaning i want it to call my 'default' first floor plan.

2. in the same manner, if i use the callout, can it point to a cad hybrid or a revit sketch file? and where do i make the change?

found it. before i actually place my callout, i should check the 'reference other view' box and i can point it to whatever view i want.
