Since ACAD 07 has been completely re-designed in terms of 3D modeling & rendering, how can I import the legacy of pre ACAD 07 Solid Modeling rendering features that will render with the same defined Lights, Scenes, & Materials set up in ACAD 05, & 06 in ACAD 07?

Hi
For starters...
ID: TS1056323 - Using older lights and materials in AutoCADĀ® 2007-based products (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=7313188&linkID=2475323)
Have a good one, Mike

If I use the new ACAD 07 commmands, CONVERTOLDLIGHTS and CONVERTOLDMATERIALS (noted in the Autodesk link Mike Perry replied with) in an ACAD 07 Application, will my old LIGHTS, SCENES, & MATERIALS still function as they did if I open my .dwg in an ACAD 05 or 06 Application? Could I go back & forth between versions? The link's description of backwards compatibilty was not clear to me.
Also, can I use ACAD 05 & 06 defined SCENES in ACAD 07?

After a "convert..." operation, I think it is unlikely that they will still work as before in older versions but, really, the only way to be sure is for you to try it.
