Modeling Gyp Board on the sides & botton of a radius stair?

Can anybody help with this issue? Any good work-arounds? One idea I had was to create a second "monolithic" stair below my metal pan stair to indicate the gyp.

You're gonna love this one:

Make a "railing" profile that is the thickness and width of your gyp. bd. You need to do this inside a new Profile family, load it into your project, then add it to your handrail assembly. I figure your handrail will likely have a rail at +36" maybe some balusters, and then this new "rail" of gyp bd profile at -12" or whatever it takes to get it below stringer level.
