Building Elevation

Is there a way to move the entire buildings elevation? In our current project, the client has specified a new base elevation. Instead of moving every level one at a time, and screwing up all the bracing and connections, can I move the entire building to a new elevation?

A. Dimension the levels and then lock the dimension string. Then you can move one and they will all move together.

B. Use Tools->Project Position/Orientation->Relocate this project in an elevation or section view.

B is probably the prefered method.
