Section Question

I have a (broken segment) section showing up in a callout view. The callout is of a single unit and the section is cutting multiple units. I have succesfully dragged the ends to fit the frame of things and also changed the heads. Howevere for some reason, it is now acting crazy. Either dissapearing or just getting flipped around everytime I try to adjust it. What is going on with my section?

More specifically, it is acting up in the callout view. In the view it was drawn in it works fine. And when it does act up in the callout view it does not affect the original section. The entire project has been mirrored and copied. I don't think this is reason for this problem. I just know that if the section has a broken segment line then it becomes hard to control. Is there any solution to this.
