Customizing the the viewport scale tools bar for all users

I just edited the viewposrt scale list on my computer to include standard site scales (1"=20'-0", ect..) and I would like to migrate this to all the users on the network. I re-made the company standard profile with the hopes that this customazation would some how be included there. But it is not. So how can I get this customization to all the users without doing it to 30 machince?
