ARX error eDuplicateKey when Copying and Pasting

hi. I have a problem again, i am trying to copy paste a drawing from another file onto the new one i am creating and then a prompt says "ARX error eDuplicateKey" what does this mean???? Do I have to re install my autocad??? i've been experiencing so many problems this week...and it impedes my work......

First guess, check for missing Object Enablers...

Receive message - ARX Error: eDuplicateKey - when Copying from DWG to DWG
