Residential Design Using Revit Structure 3

i want some reference book with sample files that show me how to frame residential building. (Elements like roof rafters, ridge, hip, valley, floor framing, wall framing, top plate, sill plate, opening headers, hangers, drag studs,holdowns, 2-2x members family, better continues footing so i can place at the edge of the wall not just center line of the wall and also can be extended beyond wall, existing building conditions and list goes on).

also how to start doing it using different architectural drawing or files from hard copy, AutoCAD, ADT, Revit Building, ...

hopefully Revit Structure 4 be more friendly to residential timber buildings.
