Shaded walls not equal

What would cause this? Two different walls, two different shades of gray.

Both - new construction phase.

shaded views seem to have different levels of "reflection" of light. Is there anything even slightly different about the properties of those two walls? If so the simplistic shading will display differently.

Is your view set to "Course"? If YES, it the course color fill that is set in each type. If NO it's the material that is being used.

if this is shaded, then there is no floors in your project yet right?

Turned the floors off for now...
