Can someone take a look at the attached .PDF and tell me what's happening here?
Attached is the project file.

Looked to me like someone edited the profile to make room for glazing panel.
Not too sure.

Hi Tony,
I have had panels appear out of nowhere when I place a mullion right next to another mullion. What I do is highlight the panel you don't want and change it to empty panel, therefore making it invisible and very hard to pick again. Another way is to change the panel that would be right next to the mystery panel to empty panel, then make your move that usually makes the mystery panel show up. It will not show up this time. Then change the panel back to what it was originally.
Jamie
By the way, I only modified the first floor.

Tony,
it seems like what is happening is that the curtain wall is "joining" with your exterior wall piece. Although the ends may be defined as Disallow join, I don't believe you have the option with the Edit Profile edges. I didn't get a chance to test this theory, but perhaps if the Curtain wall was built separately. The "lower" section that needs to be broken into 3 pieces is built individually, and then the "upper" section above that is built as a single piece. This may give you more control over the way the ends join.
Good luck,
jamie

Both solutions seem to work (with their own caveats)...
Thanks for the suggestions!
