I've been tasked to find and evaluate several redlining tools for use on our contract. If anyone has any experience positive or negative with the listed programs, I'd appreciate comments with examples. We're looking for a tool that can be used with little training, that allows one common redline file to be seen and used by a number of people, and saved in a format that can easily be put into .pdf for archival.

Here is the list:
1) AD Design Review
2)SimonView
3)Dr.DWG Netview 2005
4)progeCAD Viewer DWG
5) CADwizz MAX
6) e-drawings Pro/ e-drawings

Thanks for any and all feedback.

Have you looked at the dwf markup utility?

That's one of the options with AD Design Review.

That is actually a huge plus in my book...It is automatically attached and used to fix the DWGs...I am not a big fan of e-Drawings...I just couldn't get that thing out of AutoCAD after I uninstalled it...Plus, the interface of it was messy...ADR is great for those who know a little to nothing about AutoCAD...I admit that ADR is a little expensive, but it is the best utility to use with AutoCAD...
