Phasing can be achieve with 2 phases (Existing and New Construction). But it can also be achieve with 3 phases (Existing, Demo and New Construction).
I would prefer using 2 phases (the less, the better) but i can't seem to find a way to have the project browser display like if i was using 3 phases (View by phase). Unless i use a SP, which i want to avoid.
Any advice ? how do you guys use it ?
