I am tryint to place a 3'-0" high wall on the sloped ramps of a garage. I can only seem to place handrails there and not conc. walls.

Any help?

Thanks.

Place the wall at the edge of the ramp as you normally would and be sure that it extends from the bottom of the ramp to the elevation at least 3' above the top of the ramp. Select the wall in a section view and then edit the top profile to match the ramp. Easiest way is to use the pick tool with a 3' offset when in sketch mode. The bottom of the wall can be attached to the slab

Thanks Grandpa...

When I do so, then finish the sketch, the original profile shows up in dashed lines. Is this just a reference to the original or do I need to do something to it?

Also, when I try to attach to the slab it goes all the way to the ground floor. So I am just drawing the profile line at the ramp slab and offsetting that 3'.

Thanks again.

See if this thread (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=30542&page=1&pp=10&highlight=railing) gives you any ideas.
