Is there a way in Revit 9 to tell the cost of a building. Example: If i plug in the cost of like pre-cast cement at 5.00/sq ft. and i have like 200sq ft roof. how can i get like the total cost of the roof?

Another thing, how do i get the total cost for the whole building including (doors, windows, concrete, etc...)? Is there a way?

Just wondering...

Using a Roof Schedule and maybe a project parameter with a calculated value, you sure can.

A couple, actually. One could be done via exporting via ODBC to Excel or Access or SQL. Or you could export your scehdules to Excel, and roll them back together. Or you could try to create a multi-catagory schedule, but that might not catch everything. And there are a couple of thrid-party tools now that let you export a Revit model and get costs back.
