Ok.
I created and MSI install on the network but did NOT include the Metric option and files.
Of course, we are now doing a competition overseas (aka METRIC) so I need all the Metric stuff (template files, families, etc).

1. Is there a way to go back and "update" my current MSI network installation to include Metric when I run it?
2. I'm thinking to create two different installs: keep the current then create a second one that is Metric only? Is this a stupid idea.

Finally, New Builds. How do you update and existing MSI install on the network, or do you have to do a total un-install/re-install on the network AND local machines?

1. You can't do this since it is now in imperial.
2. Not a bad suggestion but then when you get to the pc's it will ask you to uninstall the current version on your machine.
3. New builds can be applied to each individual pc's. To make sure that the license is network go

Help>Product and License Information make sure that the server name is in the network license spot.It should read the license withourt any problems.

I bit the bullet and downloaded the latest build, then installed ALL the Metric options, leaving the Imperial alone as I've customized many of those. I then need to unistall/reinstall locally.

You could have simply downloaded metric content onto your server and then told everyone to update the list of libraries in File Locations tab of Settings > Options dialog. The complete uninstall, reinstall is not necessary unless you want to get an updated build.
