Section Tag Not Showing Up in Elevation

I have created a new elevation, as illustrated by the tag in the attached image. I have rotated it so that it is perpendicular to the face of the wall on the upper floors. (The attached view is the first floor.) Before I rotated the tag, the section tag (highlighted in the attachment) appeared in the elevation, however now they do not. I did not change any visibility settings. From what I understand in the Revit help file, the section tag will appear in elevation if the line intersects the elevation clip plane, which it does. Does the section have to be perpendicular to the elevation for it show? Anybody have any suggestions? Thank you.
