I have a tool on my palette which attaches via xreference, a titleblock. Is there a way to have the titleblock entered at coordinates 0,0? Right now, I need to place it myself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Look at creating your own custom Tool Palette command ( using a Command Macro or AutoLISP ).
The following threads should give you a few ideas ( if needed )...
Using LISP routines in 2005 Palettes
Run LISP routine on AutoCAD 2006 Tool Palettes
Insert a Block from a Tool Palette
Plus, a simple command macro could look something like the following...
Command string: ^C^C_.-Xref;_Overlay;DriveLetterHere:/DirectoryPathHere/DWGNameHere.dwg;_Scale;1;_Rotate;0;0,0,0;Have a good one, Mike
