Hi,
Someone is asking me this question and I am not familiar with Tekla software. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a great day...

I believe that tekla is another Stuctural Anaylisis program sim to SDS/2 I believe. You'd have to check out their web site, but I don't think they have developed a link yet. It's more of a steel detailing package.

The short answer is yes you can. Importing an engineers Tekla model into the Architects Revit model is supported by the use of plug-ins on the Tekla side and the Revit side. Both plug-ins are written by Tekla.

See the Autodesk comment here:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Revit-Architecture/Import-Tekla-file-into-Revit/td-p/3363593

And the plugins for Tekla and Revit can be downloaded here_

Hope that this helps!
